Multiplatinum star Avril Lavigne has released “Bite Me,” her first new music since 2019 and label debut for Travis Barker’s DTA Records. The exhilarating track is available everywhere now, and, to celebrate the arrival of “Bite Me,” the eight-time GRAMMY® Award-nominated multiplatinum singer, songwriter, designer, and philanthropist will treat fans to the song’s first late-night television performance on CBS’s The Late Late Show With James Corden tonight. Founded by Barker, DTA Records operates as a worldwide venture with Elektra Music Group.
Welcoming Avril to the DTA Records family, Barker said, “Avril and I have been friends for a long time, but I think I’ve been a fan of hers even longer! She’s a true badass and an icon as a performer, songwriter, and presence. We had gotten in the studio earlier this year, and we were having so much fun that I knew I wanted to ask her to join the DTA team. I’m so stoked she’s now part of the label. I can’t wait for everybody to experience the incredible music she’s about to drop.”
Avril offered, “I’ve always admired Travis and his work. The first time we worked together was 15 years ago on my album ‘The Best Damn Thing’ and I have really enjoyed watching him develop into the producer that he is today. We spent a lot of time writing songs and working on this record together, and signing to his record label, DTA felt like the perfect home for me and my new music. Travis understands my vision as a musician, my creative process as an artist, and my goals at this stage of my career. I am excited to be dropping ‘Bite Me.’ It’s an anthem about knowing your worth, what you deserve, and not giving someone a second chance who doesn’t deserve you.”
Elektra Music Group Co-Presidents Mike Easterlin and Gregg Nadel commented, “Avril is the rare superstar whose influence only grows with each generation. You can feel her impact across popular music, and it continues to magnify. It comes down to the fact that she’s an amazing songwriter and dynamic performer with undeniable artistic integrity. That holds true in her new music. We’re excited to work with Travis to bring her vision to life.”
Baring her teeth like never before, the high energy and anthemic “Bite Me” was co-produced by Barker, John Feldmann, and Mod Sun. The official music video – directed by Hannah Lux Davis – is in the final stages of production now. Last week, Avril shared a post on TikTok that teased her signing to DTA Records with a clip of her and Travis performing a snippet of “Bite Me” that has amassed over 10 million views and 1.5 million “likes” in just a few days. Avril had broken the internet earlier this year with her first foray onto the platform: her viral “Sk8er Boi” post co-starring none other than skateboarding legend Tony Hawk. The clip impressively reached 33.9 million views and generated 6.7 million “likes.”
Avril is set to launch a world tour in 2022 with dates to be revealed imminently. Stay tuned for much more from Avril Lavigne soon
Untitled, undeniable, and unstoppable. Led Zeppelin’s fourth studio album, better known as Led Zeppelin IV, arrived 50 years ago on November 8th, 1971.
Led Zeppelin IV remains one of the most creatively influential and commercially successful albums in the history of music. As an artistic statement, the record struck a chord that continues to resonate globally among music fans while inspiring generations of musicians.
Commercially, Led Zeppelin IV is a juggernaut, selling more than 37 million copies worldwide. In the U.S., the album was recently certified 24x platinum by the RIAA, ranking as the fifth best-selling album of all time as well as the best-selling album by a British artist (tied with The Beatles aka The White Album). Outside America, the album is certified diamond in Canada (x2); multi-platinum in Australia (9x), the U.K. (6x), and France (2x); platinum in Argentina, Brazil, Italy, Norway, Poland, and Spain; and gold in Germany (3x).
Led Zeppelin IV also topped the album charts in the U.K., Canada, and the Netherlands, and peaked at #2 in Australia, Denmark, France, Sweden, as well as the U.S., where it remains the best-selling album of the band’s catalogue.
Before the success and accolades of 1971, the band first spent the fall and winter of 1970 writing and recording Led Zeppelin IV, with early recording sessions beginning in London at Island Studios in December 1970. A month later, the band moved to Headley Grange, a country house in Hampshire, England. They converted the house into a recording studio and used the Rolling Stones Mobile Studio to record most of the album’s basic tracks with engineer Andy Johns, who also engineered some of Led Zeppelin II and III.
Jimmy Page, who also produced the album, says: “After the brief stay that Robert and I had at Bron-Yr-Aur cottage [while working on Led Zeppelin III], I could see a situation where we all resided at Headley Grange and had a recording truck. I was keen on this whole idea of using it as a workplace so you could concentrate totally on the effort of making the music, while residing at the location.”
“It was all a bit experimental,” John Paul Jones says. “But it was the first time we’d actually stayed together. Before, we were recording in studios…and it was always hotel, studio, hotel, studio. We’d never been in one place and had recording facilities there. So that was really a new way of working for us, and I think it was a really good way. We just had this huge old room with a big fireplace with all the equipment set up. And you could just wander down and start stuff up if nobody was there, or if somebody else would turn up, there would be a bit of jam. There was music-making in some way all the time, which, as you can see by the result, worked out pretty well.”
This unconventional (for the time) approach gave the group more freedom to capture spontaneous performances and moments of inspiration. Of the writing of “Stairway To Heaven”, Robert Plant recalls:
“I was sitting next to Jimmy in front of the fire at Headley Grange. He’d written this chord sequence and was playing it to me. I was holding a pencil and paper and suddenly my hand is writing the words ‘There’s a lady who’s sure all that glitters is gold…’ I sat there, looked at the words, and almost leaped out from my seat. Looking back, I suppose I sat down at the right moment.”
The band also found ways to use the acoustics of Headley Grange to their advantage. Most famously, drummer John Bonham was recorded playing “When The Levee Breaks” in the formal entrance hall of the house using microphones hanging nearby in a flight of stairs. Today, it is one of the most-famous drum sounds in the world and has been sampled countless times by artists across multiple genres including Beyoncé, Beastie Boys, Massive Attack, J. Cole, Björk, and Eminem.
When the basic tracks for the album were finished, the band returned to London to record “Stairway To Heaven” and added overdubs to the Headley material at Island Studios. Soon after, Page traveled to Los Angeles to work on the initial mix of the album at Sunset Sound studios before later returning to Island Studios for additional mixing. The final mix was then delayed until July to accommodate the band’s spring and summer tours.
One of the most memorable parts of the album artwork was the four symbols used on the inner sleeve and album label to represent the four band members.
“There was a really nice little book of signs and symbols,” John Paul Jones says. “So, we decided to choose our symbols from this book appropriate to each member. So, Bonzo [John Bonham] and I dutifully went away, and we actually chose symbols which were kind of the opposite of each other graphically, which was quite strange. And then, of course, Robert and Jimmy designed their own. They all had their own personal meanings.”
Famously, the untitled album was issued with no text on the front or back covers, including the band’s name or an album title – a radical idea at the time.
“After the release and success of the third album, we were still getting negative reviews about the albums and concerts in certain trade journals in America,” Page recalls. “And even after the third album, it was being said that we were ‘a hype’ and one thing and another. It was slightly aggravating. It seemed as though it would be an interesting proposition to actually put out an album with no information on it at all…and see how it would sell.”
“The cover means whatever people want to read into it.” said John Bonham around the album’s release. “For me it means: ‘I’d rather live in an old house than a block of flats.’ My personal view is that the album is the best thing we’ve ever done. I love it. It’s the fourth album and it’s the next stage we were in at the time of recording. All the albums have been different and to my mind this is the best and that’s not trying to be big-headed or flash.”
Power rock-pop four-piece, The Blizzards are back with their new single ‘Friction Burns’ now and have just shared their brand new video for the single.
Over the last 18 months of Lockdown, the band used this time to explore their music and work on really defining their sound. Honing their melodic, dynamic hooks and crafting their pop guitar-driven song-writing. A true reflection of their musical identity, ‘Friction Burns’ is the first release of this new era and a taste of what is to come in 2022.
‘Friction Burns’ reflects the absolutely terrifying anticipation of letting yourself go into a new relationship with all the scars of past relationships and mistakes hovering. Inhibiting you from giving yourself fully, but facing those fears head-on for the right person. Moving from a place of darkness to warmth and hope.
The video Directed by Wolff and the video concept by fellow Mullingar creatives Bronte Photography, their combined dynamic creativity brings the song’s narrative of love and music to life through stunning story-telling and visuals.
‘Friction Burns’ official video, sees the band make a journey from hopelessness to a place of cathartic release and possibility. Called to move forward by a beautiful ethereal song, reconnecting with the tools they are so familiar with but haven’t seen or touched in what seems like a lifetime. The music unlocks the energy within them all, giving them the strength to finally burn the ties that bound them in the past but helped to make them stronger and light the way to a brighter future.
It explores the theme of the song of facing fears and fighting for something powerful in love but also what can only be expected to be a common fear by many musicians during the lockdown, will we ever perform again, and how music provided shreds of light during the dark times.
The release of the new single ‘Friction Burns’ is the start of the band’s next chapter. Niall Breslin aka (Bressie) (Guitar / Lead Vocals), Louize Carroll (Bass), Justin Ryan (Lead Guitar), and Dec Murphy (Drums) have huge plans for 2022. The band is stronger, more passionate, and energized than ever and is ready to share it all with their fans and make some new ones along the way.

Opening up the vault and revisiting a series of historic UK broadcast performances, five-time GRAMMY® Award-winning band Green Day proudly present The BBC Sessions live album out on December 10, 2021. The 16-track collection features four seminal performances recorded at BBC’s legendary Maida Vale Studios from 1994, 1996, 1998, and 2001 together on one album, marking the first time these recordings have been mastered for official release.
Four months after dropping Dookie upon an unsuspecting world, Green Day entered the hallowed halls of BBC’s Maida Vale Studios on June 8, 1994 and ripped through a raucous and raw four-song set: “She,”“When I Come Around,” “Basket Case,” and “2000 Light Years.” It captured the band on the precipice of their worldwide explosion. That day, they even took advantage of the free studio time—much like forbearers in the seventies and eighties—and even discovered the title of Insomniac’s eventual opener in the loo, “Armatage Shanks.” They returned to the BBC during 1996 in support of that album, turning up with “Brain stew/Jaded”and “Walking Contradictions.” Two years later, they snuck an F-bomb into a hyper-charged “Nice Guys Finish Last” in the midst of the Nimrodera. Finally, they capped off summer 2001 with four Warning anthems such as “Church On Sunday.” It’s all on The BBC Sessions.
The BBC Sessions will be available on CD, digital, and limited-edition 2LP vinyl configurations, including Sea Blue/Hot Pink vinyl for the band’s official store and Milky Clear Color vinyl for indie retailers. It’s complete with liner notes by Steve Lamacq Host of Radio 1’s legendary Evening Show (who was there at each session!).
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band is fresh off of The Hella Mega Tour, their sold-out North American headline stadium run, which brought the band to some of the most renowned stadiums including Dodger Stadium, Wrigley Field, Citi Field, Fenway Park and more. The tour will resume in the UK and Europe next Spring, click herefor the full list of dates.

“Never in our lives have we known emotion so poignant and devastating than what he shares on ‘Sober’”
“Few can convert the full spectrum of emotional turmoil that comes with loneliness like Gavin James”
“‘Sober’ is raw, honest and vulnerable”
“Gavin has an ability to capture emotions that feel difficult to articulate and even more difficult to project”
Unassumingly authentic Irish singer-songwriter Gavin James, whose songcraft has been the key to unlocking 1.5 billion streams, 6 million monthly listeners at Spotify, 32 Platinum and Gold records across the globe, and a top 20 UK airplay chart position, releases brand new single ‘Greatest Hits’ released today!
Previous single ‘Sober’ became a staple at BBC Radio 2, establishing itself for a lengthy 6 weeks on the A & B playlists. The ballad also found its feet at Spotify and Apple Music, surpassing 2.5 million streams across platforms, leading to a torrent of press support, including a digital cover feature with FAULT Magazine and support from other fashion webzines including Wonderland, EUPHORIA and tmrw magazine. The single’s momentum hit stratospheric proportions when Gavin performed a stripped back, string-assisted version of the song on the first ever episode of Ireland’s new primetime live music show ‘The Heart of Saturday Night’.
Sonically, new single ‘Greatest Hits’ is a far cry from Gavin’s previous releases. Co-written by Ollie Green (Freya Ridings, Lewis Capaldi), who had a hand in Tom Grennan’s number 1 album ‘Evering Road’, and Fiona Bevan who co-wrote One Direction’s number 1 hit ‘Little Things’ with Ed Sheeran, at its heart it remains an emotionally captivating break-up song, but musically it harks back to the 80s.
Co-produced by Ivor Novello-nominated songwriter Mark Ralph (Years & Years, Clean Bandit, Jax Jones),‘Greatest Hits’,with its chugging bass synths, racing percussion and melancholic lyrical content, twists and turns like a twilit DeLorean, as Gavin reminisces “and now I’m on my own, I just dance along to our greatest hits”.
Gavin comments on the new single, “’Greatest Hits’ is about the memories you are left with when you break up with someone. It’s about only remembering the good parts and forgetting the bad parts (the B-sides). It’s very synthy and waaaay different than anything that I’ve EVER released… but I’m buzzing for people to hear if x”
From previous hits such as ‘Always’ and ‘Nervous’ to his more recent releases ‘Sober’ and ‘Man on the Moon’, Gavin’s talents have been embraced by countless big names. He has played shows with Niall Horan, Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith, while his recent EP ‘Boxes’ went to number 1 in the Ireland album and airplay charts last year.
Dubliner, Gavin James has come a long way from his early days busking on Grafton Street. His international touring has resulted in 250,000 ticket sales for his headline shows across the world, including two nights at Dublin’s 13,000 capacity 3Arena. Last month, he made a triumphant return to the live arena, when he played to 40,000 people in Switzerland’s Wankdorf Stadium, for the Energy Air 2021 event.
“Greatest Hits” will be available to stream from 15th October via Good Soldier / AllPoints.
Coldplay have premiered the out-of-this-world video for My Universe, their hit new collaboration with BTS.
Helmed by superstar director Dave Meyers – who also directed Coldplay’s Higher Power video – the My Universe clip is set in the distant galaxy of The Spheres where music is forbidden, but BTS, Coldplay and an alien supergroup called Supernova 7 unite via hologram to defy the ban…
My Universe is taken from Coldplay’s forthcoming album ‘Music Of The Spheres’, which arrives on October 15th.
Since its release on Friday, My Universe has already been streamed more than 100 million times and topped sales and airplay charts around the world.
Parlophone Records/ISO Records are proud to announce two David Bowie landmarks: 26th November 2021 will see the release of DAVID BOWIE 5. BRILLIANT ADVENTURE (1992 – 2001), the fifth in a series of box sets chronicling his career from 1969 to the 21st century. Then on 7th January 2022, the day before David’s birthday, TOY (TOY:BOX) will receive its long awaited official release, finally making the legendary previously unreleased album available in three CD / six 10” vinyl versions.
The latest in an award-winning and critically acclaimed series of box sets including DAVID BOWIE 1. FIVE YEARS (1969 – 1973), DAVID BOWIE 2. WHO CAN I BE NOW? (1974 – 1976), DAVID BOWIE 3. A NEW CAREER IN A NEW TOWN (1977 – 1982) and DAVID BOWIE 4. LOVING THE ALIEN (1983-1988), DAVID BOWIE 5. BRILLIANT ADVENTURE (1992 – 2001) is an eleven CD box, eighteen-piece vinyl set and standard digital download box set. The collection is named after the Koto led instrumental penultimate track from the ‘hours…’ album. The box sets include newly remastered versions, with input from the original producers and collaborators, of some of Bowie’s most underrated and experimental material: BLACK TIE WHITE NOISE, THE BUDDHA OF SUBURBIA (available on vinyl for the first time in nearly 30 years), 1.OUTSIDE, EARTHLING and ‘hours…’ along with the expanded live album BBC RADIO THEATRE, LONDON, JUNE 27, 2000, the non-album / alternative version / B-sides and soundtrack music compilation RE:CALL 5 and the legendary previously unreleased TOY.
TOY was recorded following David’s triumphant Glastonbury 2000 performance. Bowie entered the studio with his band, Mark Plati, Sterling Campbell, Gail Ann Dorsey, Earl Slick, Mike Garson, Holly Palmer and Emm Gryner, to record new interpretations of songs he’d first recorded from 1964-1971. David planned to record the album ‘old school’ with the band playing live, choose the best takes and then release it as soon as humanly possible in a remarkably prescient manner. Unfortunately, in 2001 the concept of the ‘surprise drop’ album release and the technology to support it were still quite a few years off, making it impossible to release TOY, as the album was now named, out to fans as instantly as David wanted. In the interim, David did what he did best; he moved on to something new, which began with a handful of new songs from the same sessions and ultimately became the album HEATHEN, released in 2002 and now acknowledged as one of his finest moments.
Now twenty years after its originally planned release, David’s co-producer Mark Plati says, “Toy is like a moment in time captured in an amber of joy, fire and energy. It’s the sound of people happy to be playing music. David revisited and re-examined his work from decades prior through prisms of experience and fresh perspective – a parallel not lost on me as I now revisit it twenty years later. From time to time, he used to say ‘Mark, this is our album’ – I think because he knew I was so deeply in the trenches with him on that journey. I’m happy to finally be able to say it now belongs to all of us”.
Available in 3CD or 6×10” vinyl formats, TOY (TOY:BOX) is a special edition of the TOY album. The ‘capture the moment’ approach of the recording sessions are extended to the sleeve artwork designed by Bowie featuring a photo of him as a baby with a contemporary face. The package also contains a 16-page full-colour book featuring previously unseen photographs by Frank Ockenfels 3.
The seeds of TOY were first sown in 1999 during the making of an episode of VH-1 Storytellers. David wanted to perform something from his pre-‘Space Oddity’ career, so he reached back to 1966 and dusted off ‘Can’t Help Thinking About Me’ for the first time in thirty years. The song remained in the setlist for the short promotional tour for the ‘hours…’ album, and in early 2000 David and producer Mark Plati compiled a list of some of Bowie’s earliest songs to re-record.
TOY finishes with a new song from which the album takes its title, ‘Toy (Your Turn To Drive)’ was constructed from a jam at the end of one of the live takes of ‘I Dig Everything’. The track is based around rearranged sections of Sterling Campbell’s drums, Gail Ann Dorsey’s bass and sections of Mike Garson’s piano were looped along with a guitar line of Earl Slick’s that was sampled, time stretched and used as a repeating figure. Lastly, some of Holly and Emm’s backing vocals from the body of ‘Dig Everything’ were cut up and reassembled. Producer Mark Plati “As it was culled from ‘I Dig Everything’ it makes sense to bookend the album with this track – it’s also a fitting postscript to the TOY era”.
Included in TOY:BOX is a second CD/set of 10”s of alternative mixes and versions including proposed B-Sides (versions of David’s debut single ‘Liza Jane’ and 1967’s ‘In The Heat Of The Morning’), later mixes by Tony Visconti and the ‘Tibet Version’ of ‘Silly Boy Blue’ recorded at The Looking Glass Studio time at the of the 2001 Tibet House show in New York featuring Philip Glass on piano and Moby on guitar.
The third CD/set of 10”s features ‘Unplugged & Somewhat Slightly Electric’ mixes of thirteen TOY tracks. Producer Mark Plati “While we were recording the basic tracks Earl Slick suggested that he and I overdub acoustic guitars on all the songs. He said this was a Keith Richards’ trick, sometimes these guitars would be a featured part of the track, and at other times they’d be more subliminal. Later while mixing, David heard one of the songs broken down to just vocals and acoustic guitars; this gave him the idea that we ought to do some stripped-down mixes like that and that maybe one day they’d be useful. Once we put a couple of other elements in the pot, it felt like it could be a completely different record. I was only too happy to finish that thought some two decades after the fact”.
Exclusive to DAVID BOWIE 5. BRILLIANT ADVENTURE (1992 – 2001) box set are BBC RADIO THEATRE, LONDON, JUNE 27, 2000 and RE:CALL 5. The former was recorded two days after the famous Glastonbury performance in front of 500 lucky fans at the BBC’s art deco theatre in central London. Selections from the show were available as the third CD in a very limited 3CD edition of BOWIE AT THE BEEB in September 2000 but the full concert has never before been available on vinyl. RE:CALL 5 features 39 non-album / alternative version / b-sides and soundtrack songs over 3CDs and 4LPs.
The physical box set’s accompanying book, 84 pages in the CD box and 128 in the vinyl set, will feature rarely seen and previously unpublished photos by photographers including Frank W. Ockenfels 3, Nick Knight, John Scarisbrick and Nina Schultz Terner and others, as well as memorabilia, technical notes about the albums from producers/engineers Brian Eno, Nile Rodgers, Reeves Gabrels and Mark Plati as well as a new an interview with THE BUDDHA OF SUBURBIA collaborator Erdal Kizilçay.
The CD box set will include faithfully reproduced mini-vinyl versions of the original albums where applicable, and the CDs will be gold coloured rather than the usual silver. The vinyl box set has the same content as the CD set and is pressed on audiophile quality 180g vinyl.

BIFFY CLYRO SURPRISE NEW PROJECT ‘THE MYTH OF THE HAPPILY EVER AFTER’TO BE RELEASED ON OCTOBER 22ND
A HOMEGROWN PROJECT THAT REPRESENTS A REACTION TO ‘A CELEBRATION OF ENDINGS’ AND A RAPID EMOTIONAL RESPONSE TO THE TURMOIL OF THE PAST YEAR
FEATURING THE NEW TRACK ‘UNKNOWN MALE 01’ – AN EPIC AND REFLECTIVE SIX-MINUTE SONG
Biffy Clyro will release the surprise new project ‘The Myth of the Happily Ever After’ on October 22nd. The record is a homegrown project that represents a reaction to their #1 album ‘A Celebration of Endings’ and a rapid emotional response to the turmoil of the past year. It is the ying to the yang of ‘A Celebration’, the other-side-of-a-coin, a before-and-after comparison: their early optimism of 2020 having been brought back to earth with a resounding thud. It’s the product of a strange and cruel time in our lives, but one that ultimately reinvigorated Biffy Clyro.
“This is a reaction to ‘A Celebration of Endings’,” says vocalist / guitarist Simon Neil. “This album is a real journey, a collision of every thought and emotion we’ve had over the past eighteen months. There was a real fortitude in ‘A Celebration’ but in this record we’re embracing the vulnerabilities of being a band and being a human in this twisted era of our lives. Even the title is the polar opposite. It’s asking, do we create these narratives in our own minds to give us some security when none of us know what’s waiting for us at the end of the day?”
Grounded by lockdown, Biffy Clyro recorded ‘The Myth’ in a completely different way to how they approached ‘A Celebrations’. Rather than spending months in Los Angeles, they traded one West Coast for another by recording for just six weeks in their rehearsal room (converted DIY style into a fully functional studio by rhythm section brothers James and Ben Johnston) in a farmhouse closer to their homes.
The trio went in with the intention of completing some unfinished songs from ‘A Celebration’, but instead ‘The Myth’ took over as it started to take shape late in 2020, with everything written and recorded within a ten-mile radius. Traditionally, 90% of Biffy songs have been written in Scotland before the band head to London or Los Angeles for recording, but this represented the first time they’ve ever recorded in their homeland. As Simon jokes, “It’s our first full-on tartan album!”
‘The Myth’ blends experimental flourishes with flashes of old school Biffy. ‘Existed’ is the moment that shaped the record an elegant expression of self-doubt that redefines the sonics of the band’s catalogue of vulnerable slowburners, while ‘DumDum’ is an even bigger departure, having been constructed primarily around soft synths sampled from Simon’s voice. And ‘Slurpy Slurpy Sleep Sleep’ is just as audacious a closer as ‘Cop Syrup’ from ‘A Celebration’. It also represents one of a selection of “easter eggs” or “turns of phrase” that subtly complement and contrast the two records.
At the other extreme, devoted fans will connect with the feral anger of ‘A Hunger In Your Haunt’, the arena-scaled drama of ‘Errors In The History of God’ and the sheer catchiness of ‘Witch’s Cup’.
‘The Myth’ has been launched alongside the new track ‘Unknown Male 01’. In six adventurous minutes, the band explore every facet they’re renowned for, taking in the unguarded emotion of its introduction, a skewed off-kilter breakdown, and a jagged, spiralling riff that builds towards a cataclysmic crescendo. The song reflects on friends who have taken their own lives.
“When you lose people that you love deeply and have been a big part of your life, it can make you question every single thing about your own life,” he says. “Like a lot of creative people, I struggle with dark thoughts. If you’re that way inclined you realise you’re staring at darkness, but you don’t want to succumb. Those moments don’t stop. As the song says, ‘The devil never leaves.’ There’s never a day where you wake up thinking, ‘I feel great, it won’t cross me ever again.’”
A recurring concept of the album is the power of personal convictions, which have taken on an almost religious fervour via the echo chambers of social media and news platforms. But that idea has the nuance to rise above contrasting sides of an argument, arguing that greater unity and open-mindedness is the only way forward. Elsewhere, it spans everything from gaslighting to the ultimate devotion of cults and the beautiful failure of a Japanese racehorse.
‘The Myth of the Happily Ever After’ is now available to pre-order, with ‘Unknown Male 01’ provided as an instant download. It will be released on CD and digital formats, as well as a limited edition red vinyl which is packaged with a must-have bonus CD for fans: full audio of the acclaimed livestream show that Biffy Clyro performed at Glasgow Barrowland in August 2020 to commemorate the release of ‘A Celebration of Endings’.
