Rising Irish folk trio Amble unveils their latest single “Schoolyard Days” alongside a nostalgic video filmed on the road during the band’s recent UK tour, capturing charming scenes across Cardiff, Wales and Waterford, Ireland. Watch the “Schoolyard Days” video HERE.  The new track heralds the arrival of their anxiously awaited debut album, Reverie, due out May 23rd via Warner Records.

Beloved for their descriptive storytelling, heartfelt lyrics, and powerful live performances, Amble has rapidly become one of the most exciting new voices in the modern folk revival. With “Schoolyard Days,” the lads offer a captivating glimpse into their highly-anticipated debut album, Reverie, with its lithely strummed acoustic guitar and booming vocals that capture the longing for days gone by. Like the forthcoming 14-track project – which features fan-adored songs like “Lonely Island” and “Mary’s Pub” plus 8 new tracks – it was recorded live, often in only a take or two, perfectly encapsulating their raw energy and authentic spirit. Lead vocalist Robbie Cunningham explains, “If you listen to Reverie, you’re truly hearing who we are.”

The trio’s captivating energy has resonated with fans worldwide, culminating in a completely sold-out 2025 headline tour across the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, and the US. This summer, Amble will also notably support Hozier in legendary stadiums and arenas across North America, including two nights at Fenway Park this June. They also play four sold-out home shows across Ireland including King John’s Castle in Limerick June 19th, Trinity Summer Series in Dublin July 5th, The Big Top in Galway June 16th and The Marquee in Cork 17th.  Next week, Amble travels down under for the Australian leg of their tour, which includes a date at ‘Misneach Festival’ on March 16th in Sydney – Dermot Kennedy’s first global St. Patrick’s Day Festival. Stay tuned for much more from Amble in 2025.

ABOUT AMBLE

Channeling the power of tried-and-true friendship and tapping into the serenity of the surrounding countryside, Irish trio Amble harness a rare magic threaded into the fabric of their novelistic folk. The group—Robbie Cunningham (lead vocals/guitar), Ross McNerney (mandolin), and Oisin McCaffrey (guitar/vocals)—have unassumingly gone from quitting their day jobs in rural Western Ireland to the doorstep of an international breakthrough buoyed by over 100 million streams and sold-out shows around the world. After just one gig together, they unlocked uncanny creative interplay with each member penning songs and pouring life experience into the lyrics. Amble fueled buzz with breakouts “Mariner Boy” and “Lonely Island,” but life changed when the band received a call from Warner Records with an offer. Signing to the label in 2024, the band had an unimaginable past year that spawned their latest EP The Commons  and a captivating live presence, as they canvased North America and Europe with packed houses on both sides of the Atlantic. Their relatability, intimate storytelling, and authenticity marry seamlessly with no-frills acoustic instrumentation, serene soundscapes, and heavenly natural harmonies. Now, this spirit courses through their 2025 full-length debut LP, Reverie [Warner Records], and much more to come.
